Hello! I'm Ken and as you can tell, I'm a pretty big fan of QR codes. Professionally I'm a college senior working my way towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing. Personally, I'm a huge fan of technology and gadgets. I've always had fun learning about crazy new gadgets, especially the occasional odd gizmo that comes out of Japan. This is where QR codes really came into focus for me. Where marketing is my passion, technology is my hobby and QR code are a good marriage between those two things. 

I started up whatisqrcode.biz because I realized there wasn't a lot of true resources for QR codes out there. Originally, when I started seeing these little barcodes everywhere I became curious. I looked up what I could online, but found the general resources lacking. Sure, there are some general overview out there, but how can you REALLY take advantage of QR codes? My interest piqued when I wrote a thesis for class on QR codes and from there decided to take that information farther than a professor's desk. 

All of that aside, I'm also a big movie and TV buff. I have thousands of movies adorning the shelves of my flat. Foreign films are one of my niche interests, but I'm always up for watching anything new, regardless of genre or origin. My lazy cat Waldo, a "mutt" of cats if there is such a thing, likes to join me on the couch during my many movie marathons.
